The Bohème Ritual

Skincare does not exist in isolation from the body. Stress, hormones, lymphatic flow, and the nervous system all influence how our skin behaves and how it heals.

The Bohème Ritual was created as a response to that understanding. It is a grounding, step by step facial ritual designed to support the skin while gently calming the nervous system and encouraging lymphatic movement.

This is not about doing more. It is about slowing down and creating space for your body to respond.

Who this ritual is for

This ritual is especially supportive if you experience:

  • Skin that feels reactive, inflamed, or easily overwhelmed
  • Dullness, congestion, or sluggish circulation
  • Signs of chronic stress showing up on the skin
  • A desire to turn skincare into a calming, intentional practice

The ritual, step by step

Each product has been chosen not only for its botanical benefits, but for how it feels to use.

Step one: Cleanse

Optional - depending on your desired cleansing product type

Luma Cleansing Oil

Begin with Luma if your skin needs cleansing or makeup removal. This gentle oil cleanser melts away sunscreen and impurities without disrupting the skin barrier.

Massage onto dry skin, add warm water, and rinse. Take a moment to breathe deeply as you begin.

Step two: Hydrate and calm

Rose Dew Facial Mist

Mist generously over clean skin. This introduces hydration to the skin and begins to calm inflammation, creating the ideal foundation for the ritual that follows.

Pause here. Let the breath slow.

Step three: Support and replenish

Hydra Glow Serum

Apply a small amount to your now damp skin. This lightweight serum supports deep hydration and barrier function, helping the skin hold moisture and feel more resilient. As well as targeting fine lines and pigmentation.

Step four: Nourish and restore

Forbidden Fruit Facial Oil

Warm 3-4 drops between your palms and gently press into the face and neck. Rich in antioxidants and restorative botanicals, this oil helps seal in hydration while brightening and supporting skin repair.

Step five: Release and circulate

Wooden Gua Sha and Lymphatic Tool

Using gentle strokes, guide the tool across the face and neck to encourage lymphatic flow and release tension. This step supports circulation while inviting the nervous system to soften.
You can even use it to release tension and massage the lymphatics all over the body.

There is no rush here. Even a few minutes is enough.

Ritual over results

You cannot out-skincare chronic stress. But you can create moments of care that support the body in doing what it knows how to do.

The Bohème Ritual is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and turn everyday skincare into a grounding act of self support.
