We encourage you to take a moment to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

If something isn’t quite right — for example, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect — please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make it right. In some cases, we may ask for a photo or additional details to help us resolve the issue quickly and with care.
