Shipping policy

We aim to fulfill orders within 1-3 business days, however often will not ship on a Friday so that the products are not sitting for longer than necessary in a warehouse.
All orders use NZ Post within New Zealand, International orders vary depending on location. 

International Orders Note:
Parcels may be subject to additional custom fees, duties or taxes that are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We are unable to refund you if you refuse the package because of customs charges.
